He is with the Federal Reserve Financial Services area serving the payments industry from his home base in the Atlanta area. Alan is responsible for identifying the needs of the industry and delivering innovative solutions to meet these needs. Alan possesses a unique blend of knowledge in the technology, payments, and business arenas. Alan has a degree computer science and certifications in product management and ACH Accredited Professional (AAP).
