These Quick Reference Cards for Originators were designed to assist Financial Institutions in educating their originating companies. It is not intended to be all encompassing or replace the Nacha Operating Rules.  In the event of any inconsistency between this publication and the Nacha Operating Rules, the Nacha Operating Rules shall prevail.
