Appendix Three of the Nacha Operating Rules and Guidelines serves as a powerful reference for understanding ACH file formats. If you have ever questioned what your ACH reports are telling you or need a stronger grasp of file formats to better support your Originators, this full-day deep dive is designed to help you confidently interpret and analyze ACH files.

This session provides a comprehensive overview of ACH file formats, including structure, field definitions, and common reporting elements. It also expands beyond ACH to examine other payment systems, with a focus on the key participants involved and their respective roles, responsibilities, and obligations across the payments ecosystem.
