This session provides a comprehensive overview of recently passed updates and changes to the Nacha Operating Rules, equipping payments and ACH professionals with the information needed to remain compliant in an ever-evolving rules and regulatory landscape.     • Non-Consumer Originators, TPSP, and TPS Fraud monitoring (Phase 2) 
    • ACH Credit Monitoring by All RDFIs (Phase 2).
