Unraveling Unauthorized Transactions cuts through the complexity of ACH, debit card, and check fraud to give your team clear, decisive workflows for resolving disputes accurately and legally. This hands on in-person workshop breaks down the practical boundaries of Reg E, Nacha rules, and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Packed with hands-on scenario analysis, audit-ready investigation methods, and loss-mitigation tactics, this session equips operations and frontline staff to protect both the financial institution and its deposit account holders.
