Description

When managing exceptions, decisions related to issues such as insufficient funds, closed accounts, or invalid account numbers are often clear and routine. However, more complex exceptions that require judgment and a deeper understanding of the circumstances surrounding a transaction can take additional time and careful analysis.

This session will focus on these challenging situations and review the applicable Nacha Rules for handling revoked authorizations, stop payments, and written statements of unauthorized debits.
