Mid-Year Rules Reset: ODFI & RDFI Fraud Monitoring Checkpoint

The 2026 ACH Rules updates introduced new requirements for ODFI fraud monitoring and RDFI ACH credit monitoring, creating new expectations for risk programs, reporting, and internal controls. Now that the first implementation phase is underway, it is the perfect time to step back, evaluate, and reset.

This Mid-Year Rules Reset session is designed to give financial institutions practical insight into how the new rules are working in real environments. We will review early implementation experiences, highlight what worked well, and discuss where institutions had to adjust processes, thresholds, and monitoring approaches.
