This interactive workshop provides a practical roadmap for understanding who is responsible when payment transactions go wrong. Participants will explore the rules and regulations that govern liability across the payments ecosystem and learn how those rules apply in real-world scenarios. Through focused discussion and case studies, the session breaks down complex situations into clear, actionable guidance that supports stronger decision-making.

Key topics will include commercial and federal government reclamations, ENR and NOC requirements, altered, counterfeit, and forged maker signature checks, ODFI warranties, and more.
